a higher form of label
ok, we admit this isn't actually earth shattering news, but our sauce labels have evolved. again. they now have nutritional information on them too. not entirely sure how we managed to squeeze that on along with everything else, but we did.

new stockists seem to come in pairs just recently. not sure why.

the chancham wheels are rolling!
yes we now have a van and how splendid it looks too as we're sure you'll agree.
if you see it around give us a beep and a wave!
the lush design (as with all of our design and branding) was by the fabulous kilbeehanson based in reading and the printing/sticking by the excellent sign language ltd based in witney.

chillier than ever!
since we started producing the chancham range of cooking sauces, our bottles have all carried the 3 chilli rating:
= very mild, = mild, = spicy, = hot.
as the range expands however, having only 3 chilli'shas become a touch limiting. the answer? more chilli's of course!
the new rating
= very mild
= mild
= slightly spicy
= spicy
= hot
= very hot
you should start seeing the 5 chilli rating on bottles from now onwards.

every friday between 12 and 2pm at chancham
those of you who're chancham regulars, followers if you will, already know about our saucy fridays. we take one of our sauces and use it to make a fab tasty hot meal. it makes fridays seem even better than they already are.
we now have a rotating menu so we always know whats coming when.
for those that like to plan ahead a bit (you know who you are!) you can do so without wondering what you're going to be eating...
friday 5th march
oven baked smokey lap sang chicken served with chancham carrot and sultana rice.
friday 12th march
tamarind & three spice curry with sri lankan spiced potato and tomato n red onion salsa.
friday 19th march
chancham scotch bonnet & black pepper roast chicken with rice and peas and macaroni cheese and coleslaw.
